Whitelabel agency is a dynamic and innovative e-commerce enabler company specializing in planning and managing e-commerce businesses. We're a key partner with the TikTok Shop Partner Team, Shopee Certified Enabler, and Lazada Agency Partner Program. As an Enabler, we help businesses grow in e-commerce. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced e-commerce team to join our growing business. You will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering performance on TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee, as well as in building new initiatives to help us win in this market.
How will you make an impact?
You will drive affiliate growth and self-sales performance by connecting the right creators, content, and campaigns into one smooth flow, turning livestreams and short videos into real GMV while keeping everything on track, engaging, and ready to scale
What you will do?
- Affiliate & Influencer Management Deal directly with Top Creators and Macro Influencers. Brief them on campaign mechanics, commissions, and promotional timelines, while scouting for new rising-star creators to expand our network.

Self-Sales Execution (Live Commerce & Short Videos) Plan and schedule live streams and short video content aligned with our sales calendar. Help with script planning, product selection, and performance recaps after every live show.

Content & Campaign Management Develop monthly Content Calendars integrating both affiliate and internal activities. Brief creative teams on visual assets (videos, banners, promotional graphics) to ensure timely delivery for creators and internal campaigns.

Performance Monitoring Keep a close eye on GMV and key metrics across all channels. Prepare data-driven reports and performance recaps to optimize and smash targets in future campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate smoothly with internal teams (Design, Marketing, Operations) and platform partners (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) to solve real-time issues and ensure seamless campaign delivery.
What you will need?
- Experience 1–2 years in Affiliate Marketing, Content Operations, or E-commerce. Big plus if you know TikTok Shop Affiliate or live commerce systems.
- Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Skills & Mindset Proactive and sharp with strong negotiation skills. You understand how affiliate sales, commissions, and online shoppers work.
- Technical Savvy Good with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking performance and pulling reports.
- Language Fluent in Thai with a good command of English for team collaboration and partner coordination.
