What you will do?

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, and Line OA.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, promotions, and services.

  • Monitor and handle customer complaints, reviews, and urgent cases professionally.

  • Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams and clients while ensuring proper follow-up.

  • Track and report customer feedback, complaints, and case resolutions.

  • Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, and Account teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.

  • Support campaign periods and peak sales events to ensure service quality standards are maintained.

  • Maintain service quality KPIs including response time, customer satisfaction, and case resolution rates.

What you will need?

  • 0-1 year of experience in Customer Service, Admin, Sales Support, or related roles. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Experience in E-commerce, Marketplace, Social Commerce, Retail, or Contact Center environments is a plus.

  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, and Line OA platforms.

  • Strong written communication skills in Thai with professional grammar and tone.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

  • Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, or campaign periods when required.

  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong teamwork skills.
