What you will do?

Respond to customer inquiries via chat across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, and Line OA.

Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, promotions, and services.

Monitor and handle customer complaints, reviews, and urgent cases professionally.

Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams and clients while ensuring proper follow-up.

Track and report customer feedback, complaints, and case resolutions.

Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, and Account teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Support campaign periods and peak sales events to ensure service quality standards are maintained.

Maintain service quality KPIs including response time, customer satisfaction, and case resolution rates.
What you will need?

0-1 year of experience in Customer Service, Admin, Sales Support, or related roles. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Experience in E-commerce, Marketplace, Social Commerce, Retail, or Contact Center environments is a plus.

Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, and Line OA platforms.

Strong written communication skills in Thai with professional grammar and tone.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, or campaign periods when required.
