How will you make an impact?

You will lead the flow of projects, ensuring everything moves smoothly and aligns with the vision. You’ll shape timelines that work, collaborate across teams to keep everything on track, and make sure budgets stay in check—all while keeping an eye on fixed assets and assisting with audits.

What you will do?

• Keep projects aligned with plans by understanding goals and driving outcomes set by strategic planners

• Manage timelines effectively, coordinating with both internal and external teams to deliver work on time

• Monitor budgets carefully, tracking expenses as planned and processing them through the ERP system

• Oversee the company’s fixed asset registry and evaluate audit performance annually

• Take on additional responsibilities to help the organization achieve its objectives

What you will need?

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field

• At least 1 year of experience in Marketing Agency

• Experience in planning project timelines, budgeting, and coordination

• Confidence in organizing time and prioritizing tasks effectively

• Ability to communicate well in English
