How will you make an impact?
You will bring marketing activities to life — from planning to on-ground execution. By coordinating teams, managing timelines, and keeping everything on track, you’ll help deliver impactful campaigns that connect brands with consumers nationwide.
What you will do?

Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives that align with business goals across different categories and distribution channels

Support project planning and execution for nationwide marketing activities
-
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth operations
-
Monitor and manage on-site activations in Bangkok and upcountry areas
-
Prepare project documents including timelines, checklists, and activity reports
-
Summarize and analyze activity results using PowerPoint and Excel
-
Support project leaders in problem-solving and ensure campaigns meet objectives
-
Participate in brainstorming to improve project ideas and execution flow
-
Lead, support, and develop BA teams and agencies to meet customer’s standards
What you will need?

Bachelor's degree in any related field
-
At least 2 years of experience in BA management or field operations
-
Strong computer skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
-
Good communication and coordination skills
-
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
-
Willingness to travel to provinces for on-site work
-
Comfortable traveling alone to different provinces for agency hub visits 2-3 days per month
-
Having a driving license and own car is a plus
