Whitelabel agency is a dynamic and innovative e-commerce enabler company specializing in planning and managing e-commerce businesses. We're a key partner with the TikTok Shop Partner Team, Shopee Certified Enabler, and Lazada Agency Partner Program. As an Enabler, we help businesses grow in e-commerce. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced e-commerce team to join our growing business. You will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering performance on TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee, as well as in building new initiatives to help us win in this market.

How will you make an impact?

You will dive into the world of online shopping where brands meet customers on Lazada, Shopee, TikTok and more, making sure products look great, promos run smooth, and stock is always ready to go. By teaming up with supply chain, marketing, and design, you’ll play a key role in keeping brands shining online and helping sales grow in exciting ways.

What you will do?

• Team up with Key Account Managers to set up promos across Lazada, Shopee, TikTok and Brand.com

• Keep stock levels healthy by working closely with the supply chain crew

• Coordinate with designers so every product looks fresh and eye-catching

• Check out market trends and competitors to spot new sales opportunities

• Support brands with ideas and insights to boost online sales

What you will need? 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Fresh graduates are welcome

• Good with details and staying organized even when things get busy

• Comfortable with Excel and quick to pick up new digital tools

• Know a bit about how e-commerce platforms and supply chain work

• Curious about digital content and online brand strategies

• Strong at teamwork, problem-solving, and adapting to fast changes

• Fluent in Thai and able to communicate in English
