How will you make an impact?
You will be the backbone that keeps our creative team thriving, turning workplace challenges into engaging solutions, making employee experience your priority, and teaming up with different departments to create a positive work environment that fuels creativity.
What you will do?
- Act as the go-to person for employee engagement initiatives and office operations
- Manage and maintain employee data from onboarding through ongoing updates, ensuring accuracy and organization (Excel will be your best friend!)
- Plan and coordinate office events, team activities, employee communications, and related administrative tasks
- Collaborate with creative directors, account managers, and department heads to drive engaging workplace initiatives
- Monitor HR trends and employee satisfaction, turning feedback into actionable insights to enhance workplace culture
- Ensure HR processes run smoothly and align with company standards
What you will need?
- Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or anything related
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year experience in HR, admin, or office management (if you're passionate about people and organized, come talk to us)
- Comfortable using Excel, Google Workspace, and basic HR management tools
- Good at organizing events, communicating with people, and keeping things systematic
- Into building relationships, understanding team dynamics, and creating positive experiences
- Social personality with genuine interest in employee wellbeing
- Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken
