How will you make an impact?

You will be the go-to person who keeps sales data sharp, orders flowing, and campaigns on track while supporting the team with smooth coordination and well-organized documents. Your work will help make sure customers are happy, sales reports are clear, and every campaign runs with power and precision.

What you will do?

• Create and update daily sales reports, track live sales on TikTok, and do basic data checkups

• Keep an eye on orders, shipping status, and work with teams to solve issues quickly

• Support online campaigns with monitoring, prepare sales docs and promo files, making sure everything matches the rules

• Organize and store sales documents so they are always correct, complete, and easy to find

What you will need?

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• At least 1 year of experience in sales admin or e-commerce platform management, fresh graduates are welcome

• Detail-oriented with good communication and coordination skills

• Confident in using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and e-commerce back-end systems

• Able to multitask, manage priorities, and bring positive energy to work

• Fluent in Thai and basic communication in English
