How will you make an impact?

You will lead training programs for BA teams, helping them grow skills, boost performance, and live the brand values. From onboarding newcomers to developing training tools and monitoring results, you’ll play a key role in shaping both individual growth and overall business productivity.

What you will do?

• Design and deliver training sessions for BA teams to enhance productivity

• Support onboarding and evaluate performance of new hires

• Develop training materials, manuals, and certification processes

• Conduct on-the-job training and ensure compliance with company policies

• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to create purposeful training methods

• Stay updated on training trends and apply best practices

• Manage training resources, tools, and reports effectively

• Travel to provinces for training sessions and branch inspections
  

What you will need?

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field

• At least 2 years of experience in training, preferably in FMCG or Go-to-Market field

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, able to handle full-day training sessions

• Good computer skills and ability to design training materials

• Interpersonal skills with the ability to engage teams and adapt soft skills as needed

• Willingness to travel frequently and independently
