How will you make an impact?
You will support the project team in bringing event and roadshow activities to life. From planning and coordination to on-ground execution, you’ll help turn ideas into real experiences that connect brands with consumers.
What you will do?

Assist project managers in planning event and roadshow activities

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations

Support onsite event execution, including booth setup, staff coordination, and activity flow

Prepare documents such as timelines, checklists, and post-activity reports

Gather data and summarize results for client presentations

Help manage stock, materials, premiums, and event equipment

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas

Handle administrative tasks related to project operations
What you will need?

Currently studying for a Bachelor’s degree in any related field

Strong interest in events, roadshows, brand activation, or project management

Good communication and coordination skills

Hands-on, flexible, and willing to support onsite work

Ability to work under tight timelines and handle multiple tasks

Basic skills in Excel and PowerPoint

Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and readiness to work both in-office and on-site
