How will you make an impact?
You will turn creative ideas into eye-catching visuals that bring campaigns to life across both online and offline platforms. Working closely with creative and digital teams, you’ll help shape the visual identity of every brand and make every campaign stand out with strong, meaningful design.

What you will do?

• Develop visual directions and design concepts in collaboration with the creative team

• Design key visuals, mood & tone, layouts, and visual elements for both online and offline channels

• Work closely with creative teammates — Copywriters, Strategists, Project Managers, KOL Specialists, Content Creators, and Production teams — to deliver cohesive campaigns

• Create visually engaging designs across social media, motion, OOH, and presentation decks

• Explore and apply design trends, art, culture, and new technologies (including AI tools) to enhance creative work

• Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines efficiently

What you will need?

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
  1–3 years of experience in graphic design for advertising, branding, or digital campaigns

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or related tools)

• Creativity, aesthetic sense, and strong storytelling through visuals

• Understanding of cross-platform design principles

• Time management and prioritization skills under multiple deadlines

• Positive attitude and openness to collaboration and feedback
