Whitelabel agency is a dynamic and innovative e-commerce enabler company specializing in planning and managing e-commerce businesses. We're a key partner with the TikTok Shop Partner Team, Shopee Certified Enabler, and Lazada Agency Partner Program. As an Enabler, we help businesses grow in e-commerce. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced e-commerce team to join our growing business. You will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering performance on TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee, as well as in building new initiatives to help us win in this market.

How will you make an impact?

you will turn ideas into content people want to watch, from spotting the next big trend to creating videos with cameras, smartphones and AI tools. You’ll get hands-on with the whole content journey, bring your own ideas to the table, and help move projects from “just an idea” to something real, fresh and worth sharing

What you will do?

• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut AI and Runway to brainstorm ideas, write scripts, create visuals and speed up your content workflow

• Shoot and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, Shorts and other social platforms, turning simple ideas into stories people want to watch

• Take care of content schedules, project timelines and work files so everything stays on track and easy to find

• Take briefs, talk with teammates and partners, and keep everyone on the same page from start to finish

• Be the person who keeps projects moving, takes ownership and gets things done without waiting to be told every step

• Keep your eyes on social trends, memes, formats and fresh content ideas, then turn what’s hot into something that works for our brands

• Try new creative tools, formats and ways of working to make content faster, better and more interesting

What you will need?

• Fresh graduate are welcome, or have 0–2 years of experience with a portfolio of video work from university, internships or personal projects

• Interested in AI tools and know how to use them for content, such as generating visuals, brainstorming scripts or speeding up editing

• Can create content from start to finish, including shooting with a camera or smartphone and editing with tools such as Premiere Pro or CapCut

• Communicate clearly, speak with confidence, share your ideas and are not afraid to step up and be seen

• Can manage your own work, keep things moving and take charge of small projects without needing someone to remind you every step

• Curious about new things, open to feedback and ready to grow through challenging projects

• Can stay calm, keep going and find a way forward when the work gets tough

• A good sense of social media, trends and what makes people stop scrolling is a big plus
