You will help develop and maintain automation workflows, RPA solutions, and data integrations that improve business processes and reduce manual work. You will collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders to turn requirements into practical, secure, and cost-effective solutions while continuously exploring new tools and technologies to improve efficiency.

What You Will Do?

• Develop and maintain automated workflows using Python, RPA tools, and automation platforms such as n8n.

• Support the automation of internal business processes and client-specific data integrations.

• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation solutions to improve reliability and reduce errors.

• Work with business teams and customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Assist in building data pipelines, integrations, and data interfaces to support data delivery and analysis.

• Perform data preparation, validation, transformation, and basic quality checks to ensure accurate and reliable data.

• Research and apply technical approaches that improve solution scalability, security, and cost efficiency.

• Collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders through code reviews, testing, and knowledge sharing.

• Continuously learn new tools, platforms, and automation techniques to improve team capabilities and project outcomes.

What You Will Need?

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 0–2 years of experience in software development, automation, or data-related roles.

• Hands-on experience with Python scripting, automation workflows, or RPA tools, including academic or personal projects.

• Basic understanding of APIs, system integration, and data pipelines, ETL, or data integration concepts.

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Good documentation and communication skills, with attention to detail, quality, and data security.

• Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases is an advantage.

• An understanding of secure coding practices and data protection.

• A customer- and business-oriented mindset, with accountability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn new technologies.

• Working proficiency in English for reading technical documentation and basic communication, with fluency in the local language for internal communication.
