How will you make an impact?

you will strengthen internal control, risk management, and business continuity by reviewing processes, spotting gaps early, and turning risks into clear improvement actions. your work will help the organization stay compliant, audit-ready, and aligned with regulatory and investor expectations.

What you will do?

• Assess internal control systems based on COSO 2013 framework

• Review work processes and controls to ensure alignment with regulatory and SEC requirements

• Provide advisory support to business units in designing key controls and improving workflows

• Perform gap analysis and support action plans for internal control improvement

• Evaluate enterprise risk management processes including ESG-related risks

• Review and maintain enterprise risk registers and residual risk levels

• Support testing and review of business continuity plans to ensure readiness for critical situations

• Review ESG disclosures to ensure accuracy and alignment with regulatory and stock exchange guidelines

• Track audit issues and follow up on corrective actions with management teams

• Support management in improving control effectiveness before external audit or FA review

What you will need?

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field

• At least 3 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or related roles

• good understanding of COSO framework and SEC or IPO-related requirements

• strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• confident communication and stakeholder coordination skills

• ability to prepare clear reports and present findings effectively

• strong sense of integrity, ethics, and professional judgment

• ability to work collaboratively and adapt to change

• English communication skills at an intermediate level
