We're a key partner with the TikTok Shop Partner Team, Shopee Certified Enabler, and Lazada Agency Partner Program. As an Enabler, we help businesses grow in e-commerce. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced e-commerce team to join our growing business. You will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering performance on TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee, as well as in building new initiatives to help us win in this market.

How will you make an impact?

You will drive affiliate growth and self-sales performance by connecting the right creators, content, and campaigns into one smooth flow, turning livestreams and short videos into real GMV while keeping everything on track, engaging, and ready to scale

What you will do?

• Coordinate daily affiliate campaigns and keep creators aligned on mechanics, commission, and promo timing

• Find and onboard high-potential creators and build strong ongoing relationships

• Plan and support internal livestreams and short video content based on the sales calendar

• Help shape scripts, product picks, and performance recaps for live and short-form content

• Build monthly content calendars that blend affiliate and self-sales activities

• Brief creative teams on assets for videos, livestreams, and campaign visuals

• Track GMV and key performance across creators, live sessions, and short videos

• Turn numbers into insights and improvement ideas for future campaigns

• Work closely with platform teams, design, marketing, and operations to keep campaigns moving

• Solve issues fast and make sure everything is ready to go from idea to launch
