How will you make an impact?
You will take the lead in driving operations and long-term growth for a trusted health product brand. By aligning strategies across field teams and channels like hospitals, pharmacies, and retail stores, you’ll turn insights into action — managing performance, budgets, and processes to scale the business and support future expansion.
What you will do?

Manage over 200 BA team members through 10 Area Managers across the country

Oversee sales performance across regions to meet and exceed targets

Motivate and coach teams to deliver great service and represent the brand

Collaborate with the operations team to align on strategies and field execution

Use data and tracking tools to improve team productivity and efficiency

Design and deliver training to boost product knowledge and selling skills

Travel regularly to key areas to support teams, audit field operations, and gather insights
What you will need?

Bachelor’s degree in any related field
-
At least 5 years of experience managing large retail or BA teams

Background in health products, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG (especially OTC or pharmacy channels) is a plus

Strong leadership and sales management skills

Experience leading distributed or regional teams is a plus

Good understanding of the OTC customer journey and behavior

Open to frequent domestic travel
