• Consult With Business Users On Software Capabilities, Processes, And Effective Product Usage

• Prepare And Maintain Product Documentation, Including Feature, Feature Release, And Change Request Documents

• Work Closely With Vendors To Communicate Requirements, Clarify Feature Specifications, And Track Development Progress

• Coordinate With Vendors To Ensure Features And Deliverables Meet Agreed Requirements, Quality, And Timelines

• Track And Follow Up On Issues, Dependencies, And Action Items To Keep Deliverables On Track

• Coordinate And Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) For New Features, Enhancements, And System Changes

• Coordinate Feature Releases And Ensure Products Are Ready For Business Users

• Monitor And Coordinate Software-Related Services To Support Effective Operation And User Support

• Work Closely With Project Managers To Manage Service Activities, Issues, And Delivery Timelines

• Act As A Key Link Between Business Users, Vendors, Project Managers, And Technology Teams Throughout The Product Lifecycle

• Support Business And Technology Teams In Resolving Product-Related Issues And Making Informed Decisions

• Identify Opportunities To Improve Software Functionality, User Experience, And Related Services

What You Will Need?

• Bachelor's Degree Or Higher In Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Or Related Field

• At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Project Management, Or Related Field

• Experience Managing Software, Applications, And Related Services Throughout The Product Lifecycle

• Experience In Product And Requirement Management, UAT, Release Management, Vendor Coordination, And Stakeholder Management

• Strong Project Timeline And Delivery Management Skills

• Strong Product Management And Business Analysis Skills

• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Stakeholder Management Skills

• Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With A Business-Oriented Mindset

• Strong Coordination And Project Management Skills With Good Attention To Timelines And Deliverables
