How will you make an impact?
You will lead field marketing operations and manage BA/PC teams across stores to drive sales and deliver strong in-store execution. You will turn marketing plans into real actions at the point of sale, while working closely with sales teams, retail partners, and field teams. You will also use sales data and market insights to improve performance and create better results from every campaign.
What will you do?
- Lead and manage BA/PC teams across assigned stores and sales locations
- Plan manpower allocation and ensure sufficient team coverage across stores
- Set sales targets and closely track daily and weekly team performance
- Identify store-level issues and create action plans to improve sales performance
- Monitor BA/PC attendance, appearance, service standards, and work discipline
- Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, activations, promotions, and in-store activities
- Coordinate with Key Account and Sales teams to manage store operations, product displays, and stock availability
- Work with department stores and retail partners to support product visibility and sales opportunities
- Plan and manage field marketing budgets to ensure effective spending and strong ROI
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports
- Analyze sales performance, market insights, competitor movements, and customer feedback
- Evaluate campaign results and identify opportunities to improve future activities
- Develop training plans and provide coaching on product knowledge, selling skills, service, and sales techniques
What will you need?
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- 3–5 years of experience in Field Marketing, Event Activation, Retail Operations, or BA/PC team management
- Experience in a supervisory or management role is a plus
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and execution skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills
- Good understanding of sales performance and retail operations
- Strong skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets, including data analysis and Pivot Tables
- Good presentation and reporting skills
- Flexible and comfortable with frequent store visits and field work
- Able to work effectively under pressure and manage challenging sales targets
