How will you make an impact?

You will lead the entire supply chain journey, making sure products move seamlessly from warehouse to customers while building smarter processes, stronger teams, and better experiences. You'll work closely with commercial teams to turn operational excellence into business growth, using data, technology, and fresh ideas to keep everything moving forward.

What you will do?

• Lead the full supply chain operation from inventory planning, warehousing, logistics, and customer service
• Build supply chain strategies that support business growth while improving speed, cost, and service quality
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to keep inventory ready for campaigns and business expansion
• Own inventory health by balancing stock levels, reducing out-of-stock issues, and minimizing excess inventory
• Drive the monthly sales and operations planning process to align demand, supply, and business priorities
• Improve warehouse performance by making operations faster, safer, and more efficient
• Manage logistics partners and delivery performance to ensure customers receive orders on time
• Lead process improvements and automation projects that simplify operations and increase productivity
• Use data and dashboards to spot opportunities, solve problems, and support business decisions
• Oversee operational budgets while finding smarter ways to improve efficiency without sacrificing service
• Build strong relationships with brand partners and support successful product launches and onboarding
• Coach and develop leaders across Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, and Customer Service teams
• Create a culture where people take ownership, collaborate openly, and continuously improve

What you will need?

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations, including 3 years in a Director or Senior Manager role
• Strong background managing end-to-end supply chain operations in fast-moving businesses
• Experience working with eCommerce fulfillment and third-party logistics providers
• Confident using WMS, OMS, TMS, or other supply chain systems
• Solid understanding of inventory planning, forecasting, and sales & operations planning
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into practical decisions
• Comfortable working across different teams and influencing business decisions
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and growing high-performing teams
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English

Nice to have

• Experience in FMCG, eCommerce, Retail, or Marketplace businesses
• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar eCommerce platforms
• Experience driving supply chain automation or digital transformation projects
• MBA or other advanced business qualification
