How will you make an impact?
You will discover new opportunities that help Whiteline grow faster, whether by expanding into new markets, launching fresh business ideas, or building meaningful partnerships. Working closely with different teams, you'll turn insights into action, lead exciting projects from concept to launch, and help shape the next stage of our business journey.
What you will do?

Explore new markets, industries, and customer groups to uncover growth opportunities

Create market entry plans with the right positioning, pricing, and launch approach

Research market trends, competitors, and business potential to support smart decisions

Build strong partnerships with distributors, agencies, and strategic partners

Launch and improve new market initiatives to drive long-term growth

Discover new business ideas and revenue opportunities that fit our strengths

Work with Product and Operations teams to test and launch new services

Lead pilot projects and validate business ideas before scaling

Turn customer and market insights into better products and business opportunities
-
Build business cases, financial models, and presentations for new initiatives

Identify and grow partnerships with technology, channel, and co-marketing partners
-
Lead partnership discussions from the first conversation through launch and ongoing success
-
Keep track of partnership performance and look for ways to create even more value

Coach and support a small Business Development team while helping them grow

Monitor business pipeline, revenue progress, and growth targets

Work closely with Finance, Legal, Operations, and other teams to move projects forward smoothly

Prepare business updates, growth plans, and recommendations for leadership
What you will need?
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
-
At least 8 years of experience in Business Development, Growth, Sales, or related roles
-
Experience launching new markets, products, or revenue streams with measurable results
-
Experience leading and developing a small team
-
Strong understanding of the Thai business landscape, market trends, and commercial opportunities
-
Comfortable working with financial models, business cases, and ROI analysis
-
Great communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders across different teams
-
Fluent in both Thai and English, spoken and written
-
Experience in eCommerce, events, field services, or digital business is a plus
-
Familiarity with CRM platforms, business analytics, or marketing tools is a plus
