How will you make an impact?
You will lead and support a growing field team across Thailand, guiding supervisors and over 220 Product Consultants while lifting store execution, coaching people, solving real field challenges, and turning brand strategy into smooth, meaningful action in hospitals, modern trade, general trade, and pharmacy channels
What you will do?

Lead and mentor Field Supervisors across regions to build a strong and supportive team

Be the go-to person for people matters and help improve hiring, onboarding, and team culture

Plan and run training that boosts product knowledge, soft skills, and daily field performance

Coach Supervisors during field visits and help PCs grow their selling and service skills

Keep everyone aligned with brand guidelines, store rules, and campaign standards

Track field performance, review KPIs, and guide Supervisors on handling underperformance

Spot potential talents and help shape their development path

Check real store conditions such as stock, visibility, planograms, and POSM rollout

Work with Supervisors to solve store issues like scheduling, stock gaps, and space needs

Find ways to lift store performance and increase value from each promoter
-
Audit stores to ensure attendance, merchandising quality, and campaign readiness
-
Turn national marketing plans into field action that fits each region
-
Review coverage plans and make sure PCs are placed in the right stores and channels
-
Support new program launches, channel expansions, and campaign rollouts
-
Collect weekly and monthly reports from Supervisors and ensure accuracy
-
Share updates on challenges, wins, and insights during internal and client meetings
What you will need?

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or any related field
-
At least 5 years of experience in field force, trade marketing, or sales operations and at least 2 years leading a team
-
Strong experience working across channels such as MT, GT, Pharmacy, or Hospital
-
Confidence in store operations, visual merchandising, and field coaching
-
Good skills in Excel and PowerPoint
-
Clear communication in Thai and comfortable English for reports and meetings
-
Willingness to travel across provinces around 50–70 percent of the time
-
A valid driver’s license and preferably your own car
