We’re seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Assistant Manager, HR Business Partner to join our team and help craft a people experience that elevates performance, strengthens engagement, and supports meaningful growth across the organization.
What you’ll do
Strategic People Partnering

Partner with business leaders to understand goals and develop people strategies that support them

Translate business needs into practical HR solutions and action plans

Support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies
Employee Experience and Engagement

Create an environment where people feel supported, connected, and motivated.

Lead initiatives that build high engagement and strong team morale

Strengthen communication between employees and leadership

Identify employee experience opportunities and drive meaningful improvements
Talent and Performance Development

Help people grow into their full potential.

Guide managers through performance management cycles and coaching conversations

Support talent reviews, development plans, and succession planning

Identify skill gaps and collaborate on development opportunities

Strengthen leadership capability through HR guidance and structured programs
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

Find and attract the right people who will shape the future of the business.

Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and role requirements

Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline

Enhance candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives
-
Track hiring metrics and recommend improvements to the recruitment strategy
HR Support and Employee Advisory

Serve as a key resource for employees seeking HR information or guidance

Maintain consistent communication on policies, processes, and updates

Resolve day-to-day HR matters and escalate issues when needed
-
Provide leaders with reports and dashboards that inform strategy
What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in HRBP, HR Generalist, Recruitment, or related HR roles
-
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and influence operational needs
-
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
-
Balanced mindset combining empathy with analytical thinking
-
Proactive, solutions-driven, and energized by continuous improvement
-
Comfortable working in a dynamic, people-centered environment
