How will you make an impact?

You will drive our affiliate and live commerce engine by working closely with creators, shaping live plans, tracking real numbers like GMV and engagement, and turning insights into action so every campaign runs smoother, sells better, and grows stronger with the team

What you will do?

• Take care of our creators and MCs, keep them aligned and ready for every live and campaign

• Support live sessions and campaign flow to make sure everything runs as planned

• Track basic performance and share updates with your team lead

• Help plan live schedules and promo activities

• Monitor GMV, engagement, and key numbers

• Spot issues early and suggest simple ways to improve

• Manage relationships with creators and keep communication smooth

• Coordinate briefs, campaign details, and timelines

• Jump in to solve real-time issues during live sessions

• Work closely with Graphic, VDO, and Marketing teams

• Align internally so every piece goes out on point

• Share clear and timely updates with everyone involved

• Learn deeply about Live Commerce and the MCN world

• Grow through feedback from your team lead

• Own your tasks and deliver what you promise

What will you need?

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field

• Experience in MCN, Live Commerce, or working with creators, Fresh graduate are welcome

• Comfortable with numbers like GMV, engagement, and conversion

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Quick problem solver who can think on your feet

• Responsible, proactive, and always ready to learn
