What you will do?

• Plan and run the hunt for MC Live, Live Seller, and Host that match each brand vibe

• Scout talents from TikTok, Facebook, IG, live platforms, communities, and your own network

• Screen resumes, portfolios, and live clips to spot real potential

• Interview and assess personality, communication style, selling energy, and quick thinking

• Sync with Marketing, Live, and Brand teams to fully get each campaign brief

• Build and grow a strong talent pool of full-time and freelance MCs

• Set clear scorecards after each live based on performance, engagement, and sales

• Plan and control MC budgets to stay aligned with company direction

• Negotiate fees within structure and keep things fair and clear

• Make sure every hiring follows company rules, agreements, and contracts

• Double-check documents, payments, and terms with sharp attention

• Prevent off-system deals and protect the company standard

• Handle onboarding process and related paperwork

• Keep up with live commerce trends and audience behavior
