How will you make an impact?
You will drive e-commerce growth through affiliate and self-sales campaigns, coordinating with top creators and macro affiliators, producing live streaming and short video content, tracking performance data to boost GMV, and collaborating across platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada to turn ideas into campaigns that truly deliver
What you will do

Coordinate daily affiliate campaigns and onboard high-potential creators

Communicate campaign mechanics, commissions, and promo timelines with creators

Plan and manage internal live streaming and short video content aligned with sales calendar

Support script planning, product selection, and recap performance insights
-
Develop monthly content calendars combining affiliate and self-sales activities
-
Brief creative teams on assets needed for videos, livestreams, and promotional banners
-
Track GMV and key metrics across creator performance, live shows, and short videos
-
Prepare reports and suggest optimization plans for internal and external stakeholders
-
Work closely with TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, design, marketing, and operations teams

Ensure smooth campaign execution from ideation to delivery
What you will need

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, content operations, or e-commerce sales enablement. Fresh graduates are welcome

Familiarity with TikTok Shop Affiliate Program, live streaming, or short-form video commerce
-
Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Understanding of affiliate sales mechanics, commission models, and content-led sales funnels

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools

Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, creator-driven environment

Keen eye for trends and content that drives results

Fluent in Thai and good command of English for internal and platform communications
