What you will do?

• Drive improvement initiatives that transform our supply chain processes while keeping them aligned with our business goals

• Own the entire chain from demand planning to inventory control and warehouse operations, ensuring products are always available when customers need them

• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, leading meetings that keep everyone in sync

• Track and elevate key performance indicators like Fast FFM Rate, Stock CVD, and inventory accuracy

• Champion exciting projects from system upgrades to process improvements that take our operations to the next level

What you will need? 

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or similar fields

• At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce or supply chain management, preferably in FMCG or online retail

• A talent for leadership with amazing communication skills that inspire teams

• Exceptional organization skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in our fast-paced environment

• An analytical mind with keen attention to detail and a passion for digital innovations

• Deep knowledge of inventory systems, e-commerce fulfillment, and logistics optimization

• Experience collaborating with 3PL partners and working across multiple e-commerce platforms

• Strategic thinking with a knack for creative problem-solving and continuous improvement

• Able to communicate in English
