We're a key partner with the TikTok Shop Partner Team, Shopee Certified Enabler, and Lazada Agency Partner Program. As an Enabler, we help businesses grow in e-commerce. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced e-commerce team to join our growing business. You will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering performance on TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee, as well as in building new initiatives to help us win in this market.

What do we need?

You will be the go-to person for handling and managing affiliate relationships, from finding the right KOLs and affiliates to negotiating deals, tracking campaign results, and always making sure things run smoothly. Your role will help shape how we collaborate with influencers, ensuring we’re hitting those marketing and sales targets while keeping everything fresh and exciting!

What you will do?

• Find and recruit the best KOLs/affiliates to boost sales and engagement

• Build strong relationships with affiliates to keep campaigns effective and results-driven

• Set clear KPIs and regularly track performance to ensure continuous improvement

• Negotiate compensation and terms that benefit both the company and affiliates

• Keep a close eye on ongoing campaigns, analyze the data, and adjust for optimal results

• Create regular performance reports for management, keeping everything transparent and actionable

• Stay on top of the latest trends in influencer marketing to keep our strategies innovative

What you will need? 

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

• At least 1 year of experience in KOL/affiliate marketing or related positions. Fresh graduates are welcome

• good knowledge of Excel and experience in making customer presentations

• excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

• flexibility and a can-do attitude, especially when campaigns run over weekends or evenings

• a love for working with new people and constantly seeking new challenges
