How will you make an impact?

You will play a key supporting role in on-ground production by ensuring all props and equipment are fully prepared, organized, and ready for use. Your work behind the scenes will help deliver smooth executions, reduce on-site issues, and maintain a high standard of brand and customer experience.

What you will do?

• Prepare and manage prop and equipment checklists for each project

• Ensure all equipment meets marketing and production requirements

• Check equipment condition to ensure cleanliness, completeness, and readiness

• Organize and pack equipment by project for on-site delivery

• Support sourcing and purchasing of props and materials

• Compare suppliers, pricing, and product quality

• Coordinate with vendors, rental suppliers, and service providers

• Collect and organize quotations, receipts, and related documents

• Support on-site setup, equipment checks, and organization

• Handle equipment-related issues during live events

• Manage equipment breakdown, storage, and rental returns after events

• Maintain equipment inventory and storage system

• Track damaged or missing equipment and support repair or restocking plans
  
  

What you will need?

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• Experience in event production, warehouse, admin, or operations is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines

• Willing to travel upcountry for on-site support

• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets

• Good communication and coordination skills
