How will you make an impact?
You will be the backbone of on-ground activation projects, supporting execution teams from planning to post-event wrap-up. By keeping everything organized, aligned, and on track, you’ll help deliver smooth, well-executed projects that meet marketing requirements and on-ground realities.
What you will do?

Support execution teams in planning and preparing on-ground activation projects

Prepare and manage equipment and document checklists for each project

Ensure all materials, documents, and requirements meet marketing guidelines

Track project timelines and tasks to keep execution on schedule
-
Coordinate on-ground staff, field teams, and outsourced resources as assigned

Liaise with event venues and support location coordination
-
Prepare permission documents and related paperwork
-
Organize and maintain project documents in a clear and structured way

Support expense documentation and project cost submissions

Join on-site operations to support setup, equipment readiness, and execution flow

Handle on-ground issues and report to execution leads when needed
What you will need?

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communication Arts, or related field

Experience in event, on-ground activation, project coordination, admin, or operations is a plus

Strong communication and coordination skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at the same time

Willing to travel upcountry for on-site support when required
-
Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

High sense of ownership and ability to work under deadlines
