What you will do?

• Develop eye-catching themes, moods, and creative elements for events and brand showcases that wow clients and make lasting impressions

• Design functional spaces including registration areas, product display zones, and customer interaction points that maximize engagement

• Prepare compelling proposals that clearly communicate your creative ideas to clients and win their approval

• Coordinate with designers, production teams, and setup crews to ensure your creative vision comes to life exactly as planned

• Supervise event and brand showcase setups, brief MCs and staff, and ensure everything runs smoothly according to your creative script

• Break down complex creative concepts into clear, step-by-step action plans that teams can easily follow

• Run brainstorming meetings and ensure every creative decision has a strong purpose that supports client goals

What you will need? 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related fields. 

• At least 2-5 years of experience in event creative event role

• Proficiency in Keynote, Microsoft PowerPoint, or Canva 

• Basic Knowledge of Photoshop, illustrator, or InDesign

• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative event projects such as fan meeting, product launching, roadshow, exhibition, staff party

• Ability to communicate ideas visually and verbally in an engaging way

• Strategic Thinking, combine creativity with strategy to meet marketing objectives

• Juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines like a pro

• Willing to travel occasionally for event marketing efforts

• Ability to communicate in English is a plus
