You will be the go-to person for finding and building great affiliate connections that move the needle. From strategy to execution, you’ll help us discover KOLs that match our vibe, create partnerships that actually work, and boost campaign performance that hits where it matters real results and real growth.

What you will do?

• Build smart affiliate and KOL plans that match each brand’s goals

• Find, choose and evaluate creators who really connect with the right crowd

• Keep close and strong relationships with KOLs and affiliates that support smooth collabs

• Set clear KPIs and track performance to keep things sharp and effective

• Negotiate fair and win-win deals with creators and partners

• Follow campaign progress and turn insights into better moves

• Pull together clear reports to share what’s working and what needs to shift

• Stay fresh with the latest influencer marketing trends and bring them into play

What you will need? 

• • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or anything similar

  • Some experience working with KOLs, influencers, or campaign coordination

  • If you’ve handled affiliate hunting for live selling, we’d love that

  • Can use Excel and put together solid client-ready presentations

  • Comfortable chatting and connecting with new people

  • Confident working independently and moving things forward

  • Okay with flexible hours including weekends or nights during campaign periods

  • Open-minded, creative, and ready to try new ideas

  • Able to write clearly and comfortably in English
