What you will do?

• Act as the main point of contact for clients — from receiving briefs to sharing updates and supporting on-site visits

• Prepare operation-focused proposals and present them during client pitching sessions

• Share briefs and coordinate across teams such as Creative, Designer, Production, Finance, and with external suppliers

• Manage budgets and timelines to meet client expectations

• Oversee on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution

• Follow up with team members to keep clients informed of progress

What you will need? 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field

• 2–5 years of experience managing consumer events such as fan meetings, product launching, or staff party

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Good command in English 

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Ability to negotiate effectively with clients

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure

• Flexibility to work outside regular hours when required
